General terms and conditions regarding the processing of personal data

1. Brand Creators processes the personal data of Users, the processing being carried out in compliance with the current legislation, the confidentiality of personal data and the right to privacy being guaranteed.
2. Processing personal data for the purpose of concluding and executing the Contract. The personal data provided by the User will be processed for the purpose of executing the present Contract, namely for providing the Services, billing and collecting the value of the Services, customer relations, verification and recovery of debts, any other processing necessary for the proper performance of the contractual relationship. The personal data provided by the User shall be disclosed to legal entities, authorities and public institutions authorized to do so, at their request, in accordance with legal provisions.
3. Processing personal data for promotional (marketing) purposes. The personal data provided, as well as other information provided by the Beneficiary, under this contract (such as: email address, fax number, mobile number, fixed telephone number) may be processed by Brand Creators, respecting the rights of Users, especially the right to information and opposition, for the following purposes:

• remarketing and user tracking
• carrying out commercial communications
• communication regarding the status of services provided at the client’s request or when considered necessary (e.g., in case of a technical or unauthorized issue) for Brand Creators’ products and services.

4. Processing personal data for general identification purposes. Personal data with a general identification function is necessary for the correct identification of the client/authorized person in Brand Creators’ processing systems, for billing operations, respectively those necessary or related to the execution of the Contract.
5. The user’s rights regarding the processing of personal data provided.
