Terms and Conditions for Design Subscriptions

The “Design Subscriptions” services/products offered by Brand Creators – DESIGN A LOT SRL, hereinafter referred to as Brand Creators, seller, provider – represent the provision of graphic design services mentioned under the Included Services section of the “Terms and Conditions” present on this page and are subject to a monthly subscription whose value is defined by the chosen package.

The client benefits from the graphic design services provided by the Seller for the period during which the subscription is active and paid.

Design subscriptions specifications

The Design Subscriptions include the provision of graphic design and web design services (PRO package) mentioned in the Included Services section on this page, along with the following specifications that the client benefits from while the subscription is active:

  • Unlimited brands – the client can request design models for any project/brand.
  • Unlimited number of projects – within the period the subscription is active.
  • 1 or 2 (PRO package) new active projects (refers to creating new design models, separate from revisions/changes). New projects apply to creating new design materials for both new and existing projects that require a new design.
  • Unlimited number of users (members) invited on the Trello platform.
  • Unlimited number of design versions.
  • Unlimited revisions/changes.
  • Delivery of new project design within approximately 1-3 business days from its activation (activation occurs when there are no other new projects in progress – regarding the limit of new active projects) – depending on the complexity of the design and project flow – and from the moment all necessary information (dimensions, content, etc., depending on the project) has been provided.
  • Creation of landing page design or functional landing page (available in the PRO package) within 2-5 business days from its activation (activation occurs when there are no other new projects in progress – regarding the limit of new active projects) – depending on the complexity of the design and project flow – and from the moment all necessary information (details, content, etc., depending on the project) has been provided.
  • Creation of presentation website (available in the PRO package) within 2-5 business days per page from its activation (activation occurs when there are no other new projects in progress – regarding the limit of new active projects) – depending on the complexity of the design and project flow – and from the moment all necessary information (details, content, etc., depending on the project) has been provided.
  • Modifications prepared within approximately 1-2 business days from the request.
  • Delivery of final files within approximately 1-2 business days from the date of final design confirmation.

The services mentioned under the Services that are not included are not part of the subscriptions.

Projects Management

Projects will be managed using the Trello platform, where an administration Board will be created, allowing the client to add an unlimited number of projects. This board will have several project lists for organization, including:

  • Pending Projects: Clients and invited members can add projects as “Cards” (projects in the list). Projects should be prioritized, with the most important at the top. The first project will move to the New Active Projects list when it has 0 projects.
  • New Active Projects: Highlights the new project currently in progress. Only one project can be active for the Startup subscription. After completing a new design, the project moves to the Waiting for Feedback list, and the client is notified of the initial design version completion.
  • Waiting for Feedback: Projects needing client attention and feedback to proceed. Depending on feedback, projects move to the Projects in Revisions list (if changes are requested) or the Preparing Final Files list (if approved).
  • Projects in Revisions: Projects requiring changes and currently under revision. After revisions, projects move to the Waiting for Feedback on Revisions list.
  • Waiting for Feedback on Revisions: Projects under revision where requested changes have been applied. Depending on client feedback, projects move back to the Projects in Revisions list (if further changes are needed) or the Preparing Final Files list (if approved).
  • Preparing Final Files: Approved projects for which final files are being prepared. Once prepared, projects move to the Completed Projects list.
  • Completed Projects: All finished projects.

Only projects in the Trello platform will be considered as part of the subscription for efficient organization and management for both parties.

Feedback will also be provided on the Trello platform, in the “Card” of the project, in the comments section, to streamline communication, management, and project tracking.

Files will be uploaded to Dropbox and sent as a link in the project’s “Card”.

Included services

The graphic design subscription includes the creation of new design materials and their modifications, including:

  • Logo design.
  • Print design – business cards, letterheads, gift cards, flyers, brochures, and catalogs (complex materials with multiple pages may have longer delivery times for initial designs and revisions).
  • Web banners, ad banners, roll-ups.
  • Vectorization of graphic elements.
  • Creation of icons, symbols, or templates.
  • Social media templates or posts (graphic design only, not photos, videos, or text content).
  • Label and/or packaging design.
  • Landing page design (included in the PRO package).
  • Development of functional landing pages in WordPress using Elementor (included in the PRO package).
  • Development of presentation websites in WordPress using Elementor (included in the PRO package, delivered within 2-5 business days per page).
  • Other graphic design materials as needed by the client.

Services that are not included

The graphic design subscription does not include:

  • 3D graphics or 3D modeling.
  • Illustrations.
  • Graphic animations (GIFs or any other type).
  • Book creation.
  • Photo, video, or text content creation.
  • Website layouts or presentation websites (included in the PRO subscription).
  • Die-cuts (packaging templates) for packaging design.
  • PowerPoint templates or presentations.
  • Other materials that are not part of graphic design services or our expertise.

Billing and Payment Policy

The design subscription payment is made in advance at activation, and then every 30 days from the initial activation.

When activating a graphic design subscription, the client will activate a “Subscription” product using the Stripe platform, through which all payments will be processed. Upon subscription activation, a recurring payment system is activated, automatically renewing the client’s subscription using the card entered during the initial payment.

The subscription will renew every 30 days until canceled. The client will have access to a subscription management portal where they can download invoices, update billing information, change the payment method, and/or cancel the subscription.

The subscription can be canceled at any time, but advance payments are non-refundable. Please read the return policy for more details.

Subscription Cancelation

The client can cancel the automatic renewal of the subscription at any time through the Stripe payment processing platform, continuing to benefit from the included services until the end of the period covered by the last payment.

After the active subscription period ends, the client will no longer have access to any included services, such as creating new design materials, making changes to ongoing projects, or preparing final files.

To benefit from the services again, the client can activate a new design subscription, which may be at a higher price if the rates have changed.

Guarantee

We do our best to meet our clients’ requirements!

The client and the seller must cooperate and work together to achieve final results that satisfy the client.

The client will benefit from graphic design services as long as they have an active subscription and/or for the period for which the subscription is paid.

Refund Policy

Since our products and services fall under the category of “products made to consumer specifications or distinctly personalized products, as well as those which cannot be returned by their nature or which can deteriorate or degrade quickly” according to law OG 130/2000, Art. 10, lit. c), Brand Creators does not accept returns, and advance payments will not be refunded after the project has started.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

The copyright and intellectual property rights for all sketches, drafts, and revisions made during project development belong entirely to the seller. The client receives intellectual property rights for the approved final results of each developed project.

We reserve the right to use the final results for advertising and presentation purposes on our website, social media, and other advertising channels, unless other conditions are agreed upon between the seller and the buyer.

If the buyer wants to transfer intellectual property rights to a third party, the same conditions will apply to the third party acquiring the rights.
